Presentation Guidelines:

Oral presentations:
|
|
The conference language is English. For the presentation a PC
with video projector is available. The presentation files should be
submitted to the conference office on a CD or USB Flash Media not later
than 12 hours before the symposia.
|
|
Invited speakers will have 30 minutes including discussion. The program also includes sessions for short presentations with 15-minute slots. Please submit your presentation title and abstract on the registration page of the congress website.
|
The steering groups may recommend to change the form of your presentation (oral vs.poster presentation) depending on the number of submitted contributions.

| Poster presentation: |
|
Maximum poster size is 84 cm (width) x 119 cm (height). Please
turn the poster over to the technical staff at the registration desk
who will assist you to place it on the boards.
|

Registration
will be possible on Tuesday, March 3rd from 5pm and Wednesday, March
4th from 8 am at the building "Vergleichende Zoologie" (Philippstr. 13,
Haus 2, 10115 Berlin). Access via gate Philippstr. 13, follow the signs
or ask the gatekeeper. |
